Marie-Claude Lapointe

Marie-Claude Lapointe has always wanted to find ways to engage people, help them find their path and develop their skills and have a role to play in creating positive and inclusive environments. As such, her own path was clear from the beginning: her career would focus on human resources.  

After her studies in human resources management and industrial relations, Marie-Claude jumped right into her HR career, which now spans 23 years, spent in Canada, the United Kingdom and Brazil. In her six years at Merck Canada, she’s enjoyed discovering a new industry, rallying employees around inspiring business aspirations and contributing to a great mission to save and improve lives. 

Marie-Claude’s professional focus on people percolates into her personal life; she gets energized spending time with family and friends, social gatherings with good food, music and loved ones.
