This mindset is what drove him to study health science in college and then computer science in university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After earning his B.SC., Victor started to work at Merck Canada in IT support. Over the course of the next 19 years, Victor consistently stayed out of his comfort zone by joining a variety of teams such as forecasting, sales, marketing, health economics, and market access just to name a few. He is now the Head of IT for Canada and leverages his broad knowledge of the business to lead a team of passionate and driven individuals. Throughout his career at Merck, Victor stayed focused on his professional development, but also that of his colleagues through active mentorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Victor looks to push his limits during his free time as well, keeping busy with family-focused activities such as soccer, hiking and running.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Victor Fu approaches his career and personal life the same way: with a strong growth mindset.
