Full of purpose and motivation, she earned a BSc in Physiology and a PhD in Experimental Medicine from McGill University, and then embarked on a postdoctoral fellowship at the Universit\u00e9 de Montr\u00e9al.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanting to leverage her science background but also feed her marked interest in law and policy, Sandra tried her hand at regulatory affairs some 25 years ago and never looked back. As the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs at Merck Canada, Sandra\u2019s daily work is dedicated to make cutting-edge science available to Canadians and she\u2019s enjoying every moment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandra\u2019s passion is actually a family affair, as her two sons are proudly following similar scientific paths.
