As such, her own path was clear from the beginning: her career would focus on human resources.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After her studies in human resources management and industrial relations, Marie-Claude jumped right into her HR career, which now spans 23 years, spent in Canada, the United Kingdom and Brazil.
