We encourage our employees to continually build their skills through Corporate programs and resources. The Merck Leadership Center - offering courses both online and on-site - houses more than 2,500 CD-ROM courses, video and audio cassette programs, and hundreds of books and periodicals on leadership, general management and personal development subjects.

Educational Assistance

All Merck employees are supported in their pursuit for higher education through the Educational Assistance program. This program is designed to provide financial assistance toward the cost of tuition, registration, books and required laboratory fees for eligible employees.
